Kim Kardashian is putting in some sweat equity!
On Saturday, May 11, The Kardashians star, 43, shared videos on her Instagram Stories of herself lifting weights while doing different exercises in the gym, nearly a week after her head-turning Met Gala appearance.
n the first video, Kardashian, dressed in a black sports bra and leggings, could be seen holding 5-lb. weights in each hand while squatting to the ground, getting up and then bending with the weights. She had her hair tied up in a bun for the dynamic workout.
In a second clip, she could be seen lying down on a black mat with her knees bent as she pumped her arms up and together while holding the weights.
The SKIMS founder said the workout was part of trainer Senada Greca’s “28 day challenge,” and that she had gotten a “preview” of it. She also noted that the workout was “just 20 minutes a day,” though she added that she doesn’t “always listen to her lol.”
Greca shared on her own Instagram Stories that Kardashian had been “finishing up strong” at the end of her workout and that the challenge goes live on Monday.
Kardashian’s new gym posts come after she stunned in waist-cinching corset looks all week. The 43-year-old shared photos on Wednesday, May 8, of herself wearing a nude bodysuit, distressed leg warmers and gloves, along with a black Margiela corset.
