Katy Perry has just sold her exclusive Beverly Hills home for $25.7 million (USD $18 million). The pop star and her actor fiancé, Orlando Bloom, listed the home in March for $27.8 million (USD $19.5 million). According to the Hilton & Hyland real estate, the home is one of the most private estates in the guarded enclave of Hidden Valley Road in Beverly Hills, California. The singer has managed to just break even on the sale, having purchased the home for the same amount in 2018.
With five bedrooms and six bathrooms, the home is certainly fit for Katy Perry, fiancé Orlando Bloom, their two-year-old daughter, Daisy and Bloom’s 11-year-old son Flynn with former wife, Miranda Kerr. A 400-metre long driveway welcomes guests to the expansive 504-square-metre property. Features include a sky-lit entry gallery, step-down living room with fireplace and an infinity pool.
The neighbourhood is popular amongst many A-listers including Jennifer Lawrence and Nicole Kidman thanks to the heavy privacy offered and proximity to nature. The estate has access to private hiking trails whilst the neighbourhood is within walking distance to Franklin Canyon Park.
