Man Utd fans angry after being denied ‘clear penalty’ as Alejandro Garnacho was ‘grabbed’ by Destiny Udogie in unfortunate draw with Tottenham

MANCHESTER UNITED fans are furious that they were not given a penalty against Tottenham.

Sir Jim Ratcliffe watched the Premier League game for the first time as the Red Devils played Spurs at Old Trafford.

When Destiny Udogie pushed Alejandro Garnacho into the box, he went down.

As the Argentine fell to the ground, it looked like the Spurs defender had his hand on him.

United fans were furious because they thought it was a “obvious” foul by the Italian defense.

One fan said, “Clear pen.”

“The most clear foul you could ever see,” wrote someone else.

“That should be a penalty,” said a third.

“It’s a clear penalty,” said someone else.

Someone said: “The most obvious foul you could ever see.” Like, how is that not a foul?” said someone else. In all honesty. He has his hands on him literally.”

After taking over part of the club, Ratcliffe had never been to Old Trafford to watch United play before.

A lot of famous people were there, like Wayne Rooney, a hero in the club, and Luke Littler, a darts star.

Goals from Rasmus Hojlund and Marcus Rashford gave United a 2-1 lead at the half, while Richarlison scored for Spurs.

Rodrigo Bentancur tied the game within two minutes of the start of the second half, though, before Erik ten Hag had even sat down.

That was the end of the game, and everyone got some points.
