Mahomes, who tweeted his excitement after the Mavs’ Game 2 victory, saying, “See y’all in Dallas!!,” made good on his promise, arriving courtside with his wife Brittany. The couple’s appearance on the jumbotron ignited a wave of cheers from the fans, a stark contrast to the mixed reaction for Mahomes’ teammate Travis Kelce. Kelce, who faced some boos, had also been busy supporting the Dallas Stars in their NHL Western Conference finals matchup the night before.

Pregame festivities saw Queen Latifah mingling with Mavs majority owner Miriam Adelson, while NBA superfan Jimmy Goldstein made his presence felt with his signature cowboy hat and eye-catching shirt. Goldstein, known for his dedication, has attended over 5,000 NBA games, and his enthusiasm was palpable.
