Sterling Skye Mahomes, the 3-year old daughter of NFL superstar Patrick Mahomes and his wife Brittany is following the keen athletic aspirations of her father. Social media enthusiast, Brittany, continues to share glimpses of her life, and this time her daughter Sterling is breaking the Internet. After the Dallas Mavericks playoffs victory, leading the Western Conference Finals 3-0 against the Minnesota Timberwolves, Sterling closely snuggled the basketball while she was asleep.

Brittany shared her picture through her account, @britannylynne. The story caption reads, “This girl legit fell asleep tonight snuggling her basketball…(happy tears emoji).” She further continues, “Her dad is proud (laughing emoji)” tagging Kansas City chiefs quarterback, Patrick. The picture is taken in the dim light, as Sterling is tucked into the blankets. She is asleep holding the basketball which the arrow in the story points at.

Sterling engages in various sports activities, that range from soccer to basketball. Mum Brittany captures these moments. She also posted an Instagram story wherein Sterling attempted to make three-point shots within the premises of their basketball court. Even though she failed, little Sterling is honing her s𝓀𝒾𝓁𝓁s with great enthusiasm. Not only Sterling, but Patrick Mahomes’ son, Patrick “Bronze” Lavon is also a basketball enthusiast. The Mahomes family posted a video of Bronze at an NCAA basketball game between the Oregon Ducks and South Carolina Gamecocks, as he excitedly squealed watching the match raising his cute little hands.

Post Mavericks’ victory, Sterling’s video snuggling the basketball is winning hearts. Celebrating the team and their phenomenal performances, the Mahomes family also took to their IG handle to post a glamorous photo, captioning, “MAVSSSSSSSSS,” as Brittany embraced her NFL husband. Pairing her white button-down top with cute flared jeans, featuring butterfly cutouts and sneakers, it accentuated her blonde curls. She looked ethereal with minimalistic jewelry. Patrick, on the other hand, paired his classic white tee, with beige pants. He completed his look with white shoes, a silver chain, a watch, and a cap turned backward. As the Mavericks defeated the Minnesota Timberwolves 116-107, the entire Mahomes family were keenly cherishing the sweet victory.

On May 26, Patrick and Brittany Mahomes made their attendance at the NBA playoffs at the American Airlines Center in Dallas. They were joined by Travis Kelce and Marquise “Hollywood” Brown. In the Twitter post shared by Abby Jones with Bally Sports Southwest, the caption reads, “Travis Kelce got boo’d and the crowd went crazy for Patrick Mahomes” during the games.

When shown on the jumbotron, Kelce received a cold reaction from the crowds, whereas Patrick Mahomes received enthusiastic cheers. Given that Kelce is a Cleveland Cavs supporter, it may be why he received a not-so-warm response from the Mavs fans.

Mahomes, however, being a Texas native, has been a diehard Mavericks supporter. On his appearance on the jumbotron, the Dallas Mavericks’ fans cheered him on. Patrick tuned in to the loud cheers in his style, cherishing it.

As the Mavericks currently lead the series with powerful performances from the Mavericks’ co-stars, Kyrie Irving and Luka Doncic, they will be proceeding into Game 4, which is scheduled for May 28. They are looking forward to winning Game 4, to proceed to the NBA Finals to make their first appearance after 2011.
