Según Meyer, le prestó dos vestidos, uno utilizado por Carrie Underwood y otro por Mel B, con la promesa de que serían devueltos después de que Ángela los usara en sus presentaciones. Sin embargo, tras un inicio prometedor, la comunicación se interrumpió, y Meyer afirma que nunca volvió a tener noticias sobre las prendas.
