Kids and food seem to be the two major things currently occupying time in Brittany Mahomes’ life. As Patrick Mahomes is busy spending some offseason time with his friend and Kansas City Chiefs TE Travis Kelce at North Carolina’s Pinehurst Resort, the former soccer player is looking after her 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren. Just a couple of days ago, the mom of three shared a video of her daughter Sterling turning into a chef and baking some goods. Additionally, the 29-year-old also dropped a picture of a giant fridge full of her milk for little Golden, while she was off for her friend’s wedding for a few days. And now that she is back, Brittany is making sure that her older 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥 steps into her shoes soon.

We have often seen Patrick Mahomes’s wife Brittany Mahomes doing workouts. In fact, she revealed why she chose exercise as an integral part of her life. “I obviously worked out my whole life so I had kids and then I’m like, ‘Oh I’ll just keep working out how I’ve always worked out, I’m fine.’” Moreover, we can analyze how drills are important for her, as two months after giving 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡 to Golden Raye, she was back to her fitness goals. And now, Sterling is learning the same from her mommy.

Sterling, who has often been seen accompanying her mother during her physical fitness sessions, is finally focusing on her own workouts. On Monday, Brittany Mahomes shared a couple of video stories on her official Instagram account. And guess what? Patrick Mahomes’s first daughter could be seen running on a customized treadmill for 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren as well as working on a kids’ weight bench set.

After running on the treadmill, Sterling stopped for a while to catch a breath. And momma Brittany Mahomes? She is supporting her toddler. How? Well, in the background, the mommy said, “nice” for Sterling’s efforts. In the other video, Patrick Mahomes’ love encouraged Sterling to do a bench set and leg extension at the same time. In fact, Brittany dropped a caption for other parents too – “Get your kids working (laughing emoji).”

Although Sterling still has a way to go before reaching her mom’s pro level, Brittany and the fans truly appreciate her efforts to stay active. For now, it’s safe to say the 4-year-old is slowly following in Brittany Mahomes’ footsteps. But that’s not all the busy mom of three has been up to. She recently took her kids on an adorable playdate!

Brittany Mahomes shared Sterling’s ‘action’ incident!

Besides workout sessions, Sterling was up to another action this week. Just recently Brittany Mahomes took her older kids, Sterling and Bronze for a treat. While sharing a mom playdate with the two on IG, the new mommy wrote, “We love a good snowcone.”

The story featured the adorable kids devouring a snow cone, and Sterling? Ah, she just can’t stop having the delicious ice cream, even while everyone is posing for a picture. In the shared snap, Brittany posed in front of the camera with a smile, while Bronze got ready after a scoop. However, Sterling? She isn’t bothered about it. The little girl enjoyed her snow cone while being snapped, as mommy too wrote a caption: “Ster in action.” Well, she definitely has a sweet tooth! After all, she is Patrick Mahomes’ daughter.

To the people who are unaware, Patrick Mahomes is a big ice cream lover. According to his wife Brittany Mahomes, the quarterback eats 10 mini-ice cream cones a night. Wow! His miniature desserts feature a vanilla cone with a chocolate-coated layer over the ice cream. It’s surprising to hear the number of cones the pro-athlete consumes.

Well, we know that the 3-time Super Bowl champ is still in great shape to lead the Chiefs. So, be it Patrick Mahomes’ love for delicious burgers or ice creams, the QB isn’t letting those harm his health or fitness in any way. Quite the role model for Sterling and the gang to follow!
