This level, of course, also allows access to the exterior of the property via a side door that leads directly to the fire pit on the lower level as well as any deck or patio spaces that may be there.

The fact that the lower level not only has a restroom but also an additional sleeping place and a wet bar is a major benefit for us. The wet bar is also on the lower level.
