Gorgeous Log Home On Private Acres In Texas

The Paper Moon is an all-inclusive log cabin vacation home that has everything you need to have a memorable holiday. The cabin is located in Wimberley Texas. The charming vacation building can accommodate 8 guests in 2 bedrooms with 3 beds and 2 bathrooms. During your vacation, you’ll have the entire log-home to yourself. The Paper Moon cabin is nestled between oak and elms in the quiet countryside just 1.5 miles away from downtown Wimberley. As you enter the property, the Pierce Creek, an all-weather creek, runs along the front. This spacious cabin building, built in 1985 by a Wimberley local couple, has been renovated recently by the current owners to retain its rustic charm.

Paper Moon is the perfect place to bring family and friends together, but it also makes a wonderful romantic retreat. You can choose to drive into Wimberley and shop and dine, or you can enjoy the tranquility of the cabin building. You can watch the deer as you sip your morning tea or coffee on the front porch, or enjoy a barbecue under the covered deck. You can also enjoy a relaxing evening in the hot-tub and around the firepit on the veranda. You can relax after a busy day in the cabin, warmed by a wood-burning stove. The hot tub offers a great view of the hills.

The Paper Moon offers all the comforts of home, with the privacy and serenity that comes with a country house. The log house features two bedrooms, each with a king bed, a queen bed and a queen futon. There are also two bathrooms and a large loft that has a queen bed. The living room features a fold-out sofa and a wood-burning fireplace, a dining area with seating for eight, a hot-tub, plenty of outdoor furniture, a fire-pit, and a large deck with a BBQ pit. The Paper Moon building is a vacation rental that focuses on sustainability. It includes full recycling, eco friendly dish soap and laundry soap, recycled papers, a water filter pitcher, and native low-water plants in the landscape.

Paper Moon is the name of a popular portrait fad which began in the 19th century. Paper moon booths were set up at carnivals and fairs as a fun and easy way to have your portrait taken. These vintage-style portraits are popular with the owners because they often show people with big smiles, unlike traditional portraits from the past. Guests are welcome to use the cabin and the entire property. The low water crossing at Pierce Creek is designed so that the water flows gently over the road. Please be aware that the water level in the creek may rise during periods of heavy rain, so use caution before crossing.
