Priyanka Chopra Jonas is currently all geared up for the release of her upcoming romantic comedy Love Again, starring alongside Sam Heughan and Celine Dion.

The film also stars her husband, American singer Nick Jonas who makes a cameo appearance in the film. Priyanka also shares a ‘kiss scene’ with Nick that has been making headlines since the release of the film’s trailer.

Recently, during her interaction with a leading news agency at the movie’s screening, Priyanka shared a fascinating story about how Nick Jonas ended up making a cameo appearance in the film. She revealed that her husband had “really taken one for the team” because she was originally slated to shoot a “steamy make-out” scene with a random actor.

She said, “During COVID, having someone just lick my face, I was not about it. So I was like, ‘Please, Nick, could you do it?’ And he was such a sport.””He came on set and it was so funny. I was completely unprofessional that day because he was really taking the douchebag thing really seriously and practising for it, And I just was in rips.

I was a puddle; I was laughing. Everyone was laughing. At one point, the crew laughed so loudly during a take that we had to retake it because it was just so funny,” she continued.Priyanka was also asked about the number of takes it took to shoot a scene with Nick, and she said that she couldn’t recall the exact number, but they didn’t have to do too many, only about three or four takes.

Recently, Priyanka was seen at the Love Again premiere in New York City. The actress looked stunning in her blue denim gown as she walked hand-in-hand with Nick Jonas.Meanwhile, on the work front, Priyanka is currently seen in the spy-thriller Citadel. Apart from Love Again, she will next be seen in Heads of State alongside John Cena and Idris Elba. She also has the Bollywood film Jee Le Zaraa with Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif.
