Floyd Mayweather lists lavish, six-bedroom Beverly Hills mansion for nearly double the price he paid in 2017

Boxing legend Floyd Mayweather has listed his six-bedroom mansion in Beverly Hills for nearly double the price he paid in 2017.

Mayweather bought the property on North Crescent Drive from Spec Mansion developer Nile Niami for $27.5million according to property records. Seven years later, Money Mayweather’s residence is back in the market for $48m.

Built in 1992, the French Modern-style house has an open-plan living space, 10 sets of French doors, a paneled library, a wine cellar with an adjacent bar, and a guest house with a 20-seat cinema room.

The mansion spans 15,096 square feet on a half-acre property in Beverly Hills.

Before being sold to Mayweather, Niami made several renovations to the house which now includes a glossy black formal dining room and a black-and-white striped pool deck.

Joshua and Matthew Altman of Douglas Elliman are marketing the home after it was listed on Tuesday afternoon.

‘The Altman Brothers are honored to represent the Champ in the sale of his home,’ they said in an email, per Mansion Global. ‘This has been another incredible real estate investment for Floyd Mayweather.’

Mayweather also has a $10m home in Las Vegas, which he bought brand new in 2018. The Sin City property features two guesthouses, a pool house, a 20-car garage, and a private vineyard.

He also bought an $18m compound in Miami Beach in 2021, in the exclusive Palm Island Conclave.

Additionally, the future Hall of Famer was reportedly interested in buying a lavish $199m spec mansion built by Joe Englanoff in Los Angeles that recently got a $20m off the price tag. However, Mayweather was advised by his legal team not to make the purchase.

Mayweather holds a perfect 50-0 record and retired after fighting Conor McGregor in 2017. Pretty Boy Floyd made an astonishing $1.2billion throughout his career.
