French Montana recently purchased a stunning waterfront estate in Golden Beach, Florida for $22 million. The exclusive neighborhood is known for its privacy and high-profile residents, making it a fitting addition to the rapper’s real estate portfolio.
French Montana purchased the Mediterranean-style mansion off the market from Daniel Gonzalez, a Miami-based plastic surgery business owner. Gonzalez purchased the property just a year ago for $19 million and has since moved into a larger mansion nearby, worth $34 million.
The mansion was previously owned by retired radio legend Tom Joyner, who undertook a comprehensive renovation of the property. The renovation was done in collaboration with local architect Wesley Kean and designer Deborah Wecselman, and was featured in Architectural Digest. The renovation emphasizes an airy luxury aesthetic with custom finishes and stunning ocean views.
