A young African-American girl named Antoinette Love is set to become the first university graduate in her family having earned 3.7 million dollars worth of scholarship offers to study at 115 different universities.
Antoinette Love graduates from the International High School of New Orleans, United States with an honors grade of 3.50 cumulative grade point average. She graduated with a remarkable grade despite being on a dual enrollment at a community college.
Love earned acceptance into over 115 colleges and Universities with a total of 3.7 million dollars worth of scholarships from her acceptances. She told CNN that though she applied to tons of colleges, she did not expect her acceptances to be much.
I just kept applying, I wanted to see how many I could get into,” Love said. ”’At first, I didn’t think I was going to get this many, but then they just kept coming and I was like, ‘Oh my gosh,” she added.
Love’s counselor, Denise James described her as a student who is very focused, attentive, and has a good personality. She also added that Love pursued rigorous courses in high school and excelled, proving that she is prepared for college.

“Antoinette is a very sincere student with a pleasant personality. She’s focused and enjoys reading and has managed to sustain a very impressive grade point average,” Denise James said. Love also mentioned that she is the first in her family to ever get into the university.
Apart from school work, Love also enjoys painting and taking photos. She specializes in acrylic pouring, an artistic style where she puts paint into a cup, mixes in different colors, and pours it onto a canvas.
She mentioned that she has no idea which school she will attend yet, though she’s considering Louisiana State University, Valparaiso University, University of North Texas, Fisk University, Randolph University, Brandeis University, and Mississippi State University.
Love stated that she will study elementary education at the university as she wants to become a teacher. She said being the oldest sibling of five 𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘭𝘥ren, she has plenty of experience helping out with younger kids.
