Fulton McKay, 𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐧 in 1922, portrayed the strict prison officer Mr. McKay. His character’s clashes with the manipulative inmate Fletcher led to some of the show’s most memorable moments. McKay passed away in 1987 due to stomach cancer at the age of 64. Sam Kelly, who played the dim-witted but lovable Warren, brought humor to the series until his passing in 2014 at 70.
