“What the F*** Bro”: Bradley Beal Trade Lands “Bus Rider” Kevin Durant and Devin Booker in Tight Spot With NBA World

Big Three’s have had varied levels of success in the NBA over the years. The last time a big three was formed happened when James Harden joined forces with Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving in Brooklyn. After disappointing results, all three stars parted ways and Durant landed in Phoenix to play alongside Devin Booker and Chris Paul. However, by the looks of it, a new big three is forming in the Valley of the Sun as KD and Booker will now team up with 3x NBA All-Star Bradley Beal. However, fans don’t seem excited about this prospect.

Kevin Durant has been in the midst of playing alongside two stars for the latter half of his career. So, now the news of Bradley Beal making his way to the Suns did not sit well with fans as they tore this update to shreds.

Kevin Durant and Devin Booker get another All-Star

The Phoenix Suns suffered a tough loss at the hands of this year’s NBA Champions, the Denver Nuggets. Despite Kevin Durant being added to the team that already had Devin Booker, Chris Paul, and DeAndre Ayton, it wasn’t enough to take down the Nuggets.

So, adding the three-time All-Star Bradley Beal would definitely help the team on offense. According to a report by Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN, the Suns are expected to send Landry Shamet and Chris Paul to the Washington Wizards.

This deal would also include multiple pick swaps and some second-round picks along with it as well. The Suns did not have any first-round picks to offer the Wizards, as most of them went to the Brooklyn Nets in the Kevin Durant trade.

Bradley Beal had a no-trade clause in his contract which limited the options of his landing spot. The Miami Heat was another team as the frontrunner for landing Beal, but this news is sure to break Heat fans’ hearts.

Fans not happy with the Bradley Beal trade

The news of Bradley Beal, a proven scorer, coming over to the Phoenix Suns should’ve had fans exploding in joy. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case at all. In fact, fans feel the complete opposite of forming another superteam, leading back to the ‘bus rider’ comments on Kevin Durant.

One fan tweeted, “The bus rider @KDTrey5 is trying to get a ring again by riding others coattails.”

While another fan commented, “What the F*CK bro.”

Here are a few more reactions from fans on Twitter.

A majority of fans were shocked at what Washington was giving up in return. Let’s see if this big three does better than the one formed in Brooklyn a couple of years ago.
