Kylian Mbappe did not accompany Paris St Germain on their pre-season tour to Japan and is expected to leave.
The contract between Mbappe and PSG is valid until the summer of 2024 with the option to extend for another year. However, the World Cup’s top scorer in 2022 does not want to activate and consider leaving.
Therefore, PSG must find a way to sell Mbappe this summer if they do not want to lose everything after 1 year.
Real Madrid

Real Madrid’s interest in Mbappe has surfaced over the years and the two appear to be coming together soon. After missing Mbappe last summer, Real Madrid is in a much better position now.
It will not be surprising if Mbappe wears a Real Madrid shirt and strode at the Bernabeu this summer. Los Blancos is Mbappe’s ideal destination, but there are still some barriers.
Real Madrid have shelled out a substantial fee, believed to be around £88m, for Jude Bellingham. “White vulture” has a solid financial foundation, but it is too risky to drop money for 2 big contracts in the same summer.
Instead, president Florentino Perez can wait for Mbappe for another year. It was something that PSG did not want and led to a discordant relationship with Mbappe.
Al-Hilal
The stars in Europe are flocking to the Saudi Pro League. But if Mbappe joins the West Asian country, this will be the deal that shakes world football.
French media simultaneously reported that Al-Hilal is approaching Mbappe. Considered the top Saudi Pro-League team, Al-Hilal owns stars like Ruben Neves, Kalidou Koulibaly and Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.
Mbappe’s salary if he joins the Saudi Pro League has yet to be revealed, but is believed to be around £700,000 a week. That means Mbappe will become the highest-paid player in the world.
Chelsea

The Blues love to splurge, especially under owner Todd Boehly. But even then, the Blues could wince at Mbappe’s price tag.
In recent days, information that Chelsea wants to recruit Mbappe is appearing a lot. At Stamford Bridge, the 24-year-old striker can be close to his France teammates, including Wesley Fofana, Benoit Badiashile and Christopher Nkunku.
Pochettino has a good relationship with Mbappe when the two worked together at PSG. This is the basis for Chelsea to believe in this deal.
Arsenal
The prospect of Mbappe joining Arsenal would be more shocking than a move to Al-Hilal. However, in the past, at Emirates there were many iconic legends who were French. These include Arsene Wenger and Thierry Henry.
Mbappe’s price is almost beyond Arsenal’s ability. However, the French striker has great admiration for what Mikel Arteta has done at the Emirates.
In fact, if moving to the Premier League, “Gunners” will be Mbappe’s priority. The 24-year-old could inherit Henry’s iconic number 14 shirt.
Apologize and stay at PSG
Not ruling out the possibility, Mbappe will apologize to PSG and stay. PSG, though angry, cannot refuse if Mbappe lowers his ego and wants to continue to contribute. Either way, the Frenchman remains central to the Ligue 1 champions’ sporting plans.
